Loading Instructions

Load Heavy items at the “Front” of the dumpster first. The “Front” is the point furthest away from the dumpster doors. This includes but is not limited to: shingles, brick, rock, sand and dirt. Loads consisting of primarily heavy debris such as shingles, brick, rock, sand, dirt, etc. may not be filled past ½ way or approximately 2.5 feet above the dumpster floor due to the heavy nature of these items and the Department of Transportation's highway weight laws. Dumpster Doors may be opened, but must be closed and secured prior to pickup. All Debris shall not exceed the legal haul weight of the dumpster. All Debris can not exceed the height of the sides of the dumpster. All Debris has to be capable of being tarped.

AC Units, Car Batteries, Gas, Oil, Paint, Propane Tanks, Refrigerators, Tires, TV’s, Any Hazardous Waste

Basic Pricing

$415 with 2 Day Rental
$10 Each Additional Day on site per owners request
$2 a mile, over 25 miles from Mason County Landfill (via google maps)

Weight Allowances
Weight Charged at $50 per a ton, (2 TONS Included with rental) Max Weight is 5 Ton (10,000lbs)

Other Fees -All of these fees may be avoided by ensuring proper loading and care is taken with the dumpsters.

PER ITEM: Sorting/Removal of Prohibited items PRIOR to Dumpster Retrieval : $100
PER ITEM: Sorting/Removal of Prohibited Items AFTER Dumpster Retrieval : $200
Unable to Retrieve : $150 - This includes, but not limited to Blocked and/or Overloaded Dumpsters
Unloading Overloaded Dumpsters: $5 Per Minute, 30 Minute Minimum

Damaged Dumpsters: Includes Major Damage, Fire Damage, Stolen, Removed because of customers location request (IE Impounded) - Full Replacement Cost of dumpster and any fines levied by local government.

Payment

Base Dumpster Rental Can be paid with Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Venmo (Charged at or before Delivery).
Credit Card Payments Incur a 3.5% Processing Fee.
Credit Card Must be kept on file for dump weight fee and Possible Overages.
